This role is very diverse and very rewarding for the right persons.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Enquiries relating to Aluminum products
- Provide pricing details, stock availability and any other information relating to the customers enquiry.
- Regular Maintenance of the database, which will involve data entry.
- Customer Liaison / Enquiries
- Quotation filing
- Order Processing & Invoice Accuracy
- Maintaining shipping schedules
- Organising Couriers when necessary
- Generating numerous reports
- Assist in Sales & Marketing support to Sales Managers
