An Australian software development house based in Mount Waverley, they develop print, copier and internet control software that is sold worldwide in over 60 countries and 20,000 organisations. Customers include high profile education and business organisations such as Harvard University and Allianz.
This is a new position created to allow the Web Developers to get on and do what they do best - develop software. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Reception
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, arrange appointments and meetings including the provision of refreshments as required.
Administration
- Quoting and ordering of office and business supplies
- Travel arrangements
- Development of procedure manuals
- Mail
- Recruitment – advertising and processing of applications
- Management of Staff Amenities
Financial
- Payment of invoices
- Invoicing through Quickbooks
- Data Entry of all receipts
- Monthly reconciliations and BAS
- Manage petty cash
- Banking
Licensing and Sales Administration
- Issuing of software licenses
- Arranging Non Disclosure Agreements to be signed
- Ensure obligations are met with the copier companies (e.g. annual sales reporting)
- Reviewing accounts and making sure resellers are current with their obligations - e.g. minimum sales quotas, tracking trends.
This is a rare opportunity to develop and implement processes and procedures to manage the workflow through the office. Ideally, you have experience within a similar office management position supporting a small technical team.
