Q. How quickly can I get my account set up?

Q. Can I set up a monthly payment arrangement for my membership?
A. Yes definitely. You can pay monthly by direct debit, by credit card, or by invoice. Simply call support on 03 9567 4293 to make arrangements.

Q. How do I contact a Job Seeker from the Resume Database?
A. After becoming a member, simply select "Shortlist" on the top right of the page and then refer back in your "My Shortlisted Resumes" to review and contact.

Q. Is it difficult to manage my Job Seekers?
A. Not at all. With membership, you will have access to our "Resume Manager" that will organise all pending, received, and declined resumes.

Q. Are my job applicant details stored online if I need them?
A. Yes. the details of all people who apply for your jobs are emailed to you, plus they are stored online in your secure account on this site. No more losing track of valuable resumes.

Q. Can I filter what applicants apply?
A. Yes, all posted jobs can include a set of questions that you create! Now you can control what applications you receive. Thus, improving the quality of enquiry and saving you time.

Q. What is a Resume Alert?
A. Why search when they can come to you? Tell TransJobs what criteria of applicant you are interested in and we will email you when they join our network.

Q. Can I upload multiple jobs at once?
A. Yes, we provide the facility for you to import many jobs at once via a multiple file formats click here for more.

Q. Is there an Advertisers Directory where we can tell Job Seekers more about our business?
A. Yes there is a searchable Advertiser directory. Advertisers who purchase any membership can list their business in this directory and users can find out more about your business, visit your company web site, view and apply for your jobs and more.
